Celsius Custom: University College London Cycling Club

We have close ties with the University College London Cycling Club (UCLCC), so we were excited to supply the club kit for 2022/23. This was our first opportunity to design kit for a cycling club and we wanted to keep it recognisable and still match older versions of the UCL kit, but also freshen it up and our own stylistic touches. We settled on adding a pattern behind the original stripes on the UCLCC kit, and also extending the stripes to go around the sleeves on the jersey.

Finally we updated the fabrics so that the jerseys are made from 100% recycled fabric. This was crucial to us, as a company we always want to make sure our kit is made in an environmental conscious way wherever possible.

For the first time we also made bib shorts, caps, socks, gilets and long sleeved jerseys, all following the same design inspiration.

The end result was a full summer/autumn range of kit for UCLCC which was a hit with the members.

We’re proud of how the kit has turned out and we now offer a full spring/summer/autumn range of kit for UCLCC. We’ve heard countless times that people are impressed by the quality, and the design receives regular compliments on group rides. We hope to continue working with UCLCC for years to come as new cyclists join and wish to buy sustainably made kit.
