Cancelling an order, returns and faulty goods

This page sets out the rights you have by law when you buy from this site. We do not offer returns, exchanges, a warranty or a repair service beyond them.

Cancelling an order

If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel, for any reason, without giving one.

To cancel, email [email protected] before those 14 days are up. Any clear statement will do; there is a form at the bottom of this page if you would rather use it.

Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of return postage.

We refund you within 14 days of getting the goods back, or of you showing they were sent, whichever comes first. The refund includes the standard delivery you paid on the original order. We may reduce it to reflect any drop in value if the goods have been handled more than was needed to check them.

When this does not apply

Custom club and university kit is excluded. Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised fall outside the cancellation right under regulation 28, and custom kit is made to a club's own design. Once a custom order goes into production it cannot be cancelled.

Faulty goods

Separately, and whatever the 14 days above have done, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires that what we sell is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Where it is not:

  • Within 30 days of delivery you can reject it and get a full refund.
  • After 30 days you can ask for it to be repaired or replaced. If that does not put it right, you

can claim a refund or a reduction in price.

This covers faults. It does not cover fair wear and tear, or damage from use or an accident. These rights cannot be signed away, and nothing on this site limits them.

Email [email protected]. Who you are buying from, and where we trade from, is at the foot of every page.

Cancellation form

You do not have to use this. Any clear statement that you are cancelling is enough.
