Do your products have a warranty period?
Celsius is committed to high-quality and sustainably produced products and manufacturing standards. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, it is the case that faults may occur. If you believe your product is faulty, please click here (email support@celsiussports.com) to contact us and we will be able to organise a refund or free replacement where appropriate. Please note: Celsius has a 12-month warranty period from the receipt date. Warranty & faulty goods claims do not cover wear and tear.
